• Payments for premium plans must be made in advance through approved payment gateways.

• No refunds will be issued once a test series has been purchased, except in cases of technical failures on our end.

• Users can cancel subscriptions before renewal dates to avoid automatic charges.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• The "Paperkeeda" brand, logo, content, mock tests, and software are intellectual property owned by Abhishek C Ayachit.

• No user or third party is allowed to use, reproduce, or distribute Paperkeeda’s materials without explicit permission.

• Violation of these rights may result in legal action under the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and Copyright Act, 1957.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using Paperkeeda, you agree NOT to:

❌ Attempt to hack, modify, or distribute platform content.
❌ Share test answers or exploit system loopholes to gain unfair advantages.
❌ Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior on discussion forums.
❌ Use the platform for any illegal activities under Indian IT laws and education norms.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or legal action.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Paperkeeda does not guarantee selection in any competitive exam. Our mock tests are for practice and educational purposes only.

• While we strive to provide accurate and updated content, we do not warrant that test materials are 100% error-free or identical to actual exams.

• Paperkeeda is not responsible for any losses, damages, or academic setbacks caused due to reliance on our test materials.

• In no event shall Paperkeeda or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages exceeding the subscription fee paid by the user.
