Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations will be processed for purchases made on Paperkeeda ("Platform," "We," "Our," or "Us"). By purchasing any service on the Platform, the user ("You," "Your") agrees to the terms outlined herein.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1. All purchases made on Paperkeeda are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Policy.
1.2. Paperkeeda does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with content, test difficulty level, or exam performance.
1.3. Users are responsible for reviewing the service details before making a payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only under the following exceptional circumstances:
A. Payment Errors & Technical Issues
2.1. Duplicate Transactions: If You are charged twice for the same service due to a technical error, We will refund the excess amount.
2.2. Failed Transactions: If payment is deducted from Your account but access to the service is not granted within 24 hours, You may request a refund.
2.3. Incorrect Deduction: If an incorrect amount is deducted due to a technical glitch, a refund will be issued.
π Users must submit a refund request within seven (7) days of the transaction, along with valid proof of payment.
B. Non-Delivery of Service
2.4. If You do not receive access to a purchased service within the specified time frame due to a failure on Our part, You may be eligible for a refund.
2.5. If the Platform experiences technical issues preventing access to the purchased service for more than seven (7) consecutive days, affected users may request a refund.
π Refunds for non-delivery will not apply if the user fails to use the service due to personal reasons.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds shall not be issued in the following circumstances:
β User dissatisfaction with test difficulty, questions, or solutions.
β Failure to utilize the purchased service or complete the test series.
β Accidental purchases or errors made by the user during payment.
β Subscription auto-renewals not cancelled before renewal date.
β Refund requests based on a change of mind after purchase.
β Poor academic performance or inability to clear an exam using Our platform.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. One-time purchases (test series, mock exams, etc.) cannot be cancelled after payment.
4.2. Subscription-based services can be cancelled before the renewal date to prevent auto-renewal.
4.3. Cancellations must be made via the user dashboard or by emailing support@paperkeeda.com
4.4. Mid-subscription cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
5. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
πΉ Step 1: Send an email to support@paperkeeda.com with the subject: "Refund Request β [Your Order ID]".
πΉ Step 2: Provide transaction details, proof of payment, and a valid reason for the refund request.
πΉ Step 3: The request will be reviewed by Our support team within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
πΉ Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days via the original payment method.
π We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at Our sole discretion.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
6.1. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication with Paperkeeda, Your account may be suspended or permanently banned.
6.2. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with the payment provider, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
6.3. Users are encouraged to contact Paperkeeda support before initiating a chargeback to resolve payment issues amicably.
7. Modification of Refund Policy
7.1. Paperkeeda reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
7.3. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
8.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
8.2. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
